How to book a group room

At library Gräsvik there are group rooms that you can book via BTH website.

When using the group rooms, you can connect to Internet either using cable or the wireless network. The group rooms are equipped with white boards. You can borrow kits with whiteboard pens, etc. from the library's information desk.

Some rooms are equipped with LCD screen where you can connect your laptop.

• Use your student login and password when you login to Boka.
• Choose a room that is available for reservation.

Regulations - group rooms

• Enter your name and course when booking.
• Please remove your booking if you know you will not use the room.
• The group rooms are primarily for working together - for individual work, please use the library's quiet reading room.
• Booked study rooms that are not in use can be taken over after 10 minutes.
