What is that ?
The COST Action IC0703 Data Traffic Monitoring and Analysis (TMA): theory, techniques, tools and applications for the future networks was started on March 2008, with a planned duration of 4 years. It is part of the COST programme (ICT domain) which is now run by the European Science Foundation.
The high-level goal is to build up a community of researchers working on TMA topics.
