School of Computing
The School of Computing has approximately 130 employees. We focus on research, education, and engineering within the areas of computer science, IT-security, software engineering, telecommunication, radio communikation and electrical engineering.
Research at COM on top ranking lists
The scientific journal 'Journal of Systems and Software' has put Blekinge Institute of Technology at a 6th position over the universities around the world with research in system- and software engineering. The research field is placed in our School of Computing.

COM Research Day
During the COM Research Day on Novemver 19th several possible thesis topics were presented to roughly 120 master students. The four research groups also took the chance to present their areas of research for each other.
