DV2512 Master's Thesis in Computer Science
Visit the Lectures page (see link to the left) to get information about the introductory lectures in this course. The lectures are not mandatory but is adviced that all students participate.
Read the course descriptor carefully: Click here or find it at edu.bth.se.
The first step you should take is to make sure that you are formally registered to the course in the LADOK database. You can easily find out whether you are registered or not by logging on to the Student Portal. However, if you are still in doubt, you should contact the student administration.
Notice that, if you have previously registered for the course but have not succeeded to complete the course during the inital semester, you need to talk to the student administration office in order to get re-registered. If three (3) thesis presentation opportunities have passed without a successful presentation (and a subsequent grade of at least E or 'pass') you fail the course. If this happens, you should contact the program manager and apply to get registered on the course again.
The next step is to read the documentation found on this homepage - preferably by first reading the Starting Guide and the Process Overview and News sections.
Finally, you should attend the introductory lectures, which are held twice each year in the beginning of spring and fall, respectively. These lectures are held jointly for PA2503 and DV2512. To find out the dates of upcoming lectures, please visit "Lectures" in the menu to the left.
