Guohua Bai received his Ph.D. in technical psychology and information science at Luleå University of Technology 1998. His research interests include: control engineering & cybernetics (B.Sc.), Decision Support System (M.Sc.), social-technical psychology (licentiate.), computer and system science(Ph.D.). Ongoing research area is integrated mobile information system for healthcare (IMIS). (Best eHealth practice evaluated by European Informations Society, EC)
