General Information

Swedish students (applicants with a Swedish personnummer): Apply before 15 April for on-time applications on www.studera.nu (application code BTH-70303. Applications after this date may be considered if there are places available on the programme.

International students: The application process through www.studera.nu is open 1 December 2010 to 17 January 2011. All documents must reach University Studies in Sweden by 28 January 2011.

The application code of the programme is BTH-99256. International applications after 17Jan may be considered, if there are places available on the programme.

If you are interested in being considered for a scholarship from the Swedish institute, you must apply only through the central admissions system (www.studera.nu) and follow the instructions on their website.

Cost

Tuition is free for EU, EEA and Swiss citizens. Students who are not citizens of the EU, EEA or Switzerland are in general liable to pay tuition fees. Check www.studera.nu for details about fees.

Various sources of funding exist in Sweden, Europe and worldwide to provide for living expenses. However, note that you must apply through the central admissions system (www.studera.nu) to be considered for a scholarship. Any possible late applicants (applying after 17 January 2011) cannot be considered for Swedish Institute scholarships. Nordic applicants cannot be considered for Swedish Institute scholarships.

 

Scholarships

Swedish students should normally be eligible for aid through the Swedish Board for Study Support - CSN.  Check their website www.csn.se for more detailed information.
