Wolf Engelbach

Wolf Engelbach studied urban planning at the University of Dortmund, Germany. His Ph.D.-thesis in civil engineering at Aachen (Technical University) was about material flow management. Since 1998 he is project manager in the Media Center of Fraunhofer IAO in Stuttgart. Main topics are competitiveness of the European printing industry, international co-operation in media industries, and diverse media channels in customer communication such as call centres, web portals and personalised printing.
