The photographer Johan Westin has visited the 2nd year students of the program Digital Visual Production, Blekinge Institute of Technology, Karlshamn, during an intensive week. He is tutoring the three-week course "Digital imaging and image processing" to the students. During the first week, the students have studied camera technique, lighting and image processing.

During the remaining two weeks, the students will apply their knowledge in a photo project which results in the exhibition "Karlshamnsbor" (Inhabitants of Karlshamn).

The exhibition

Through the exhibition "Karlshamnsbor" the students show their image of Karlshamn by portraying some of its inhabitants.

The opening of the exhibition will be on 23 November between 14:00 and 21:00 at Östra piren (Pirgatan 7) in Karlshamn. Everyone is welcome and admission is free.
