Improve sustainable services by service design

Two of BTH former students, Aaron Lewis and Mark Simmons have been presented on the Service Design Blog (Tjänstedesignbloggen). This is a meeting place for business developers, method developers, graduated and people looking for inspiration and knowledge about service development and service design.

They have recently completed their Master’s of Sustainable Product-Service System Innovation program at BTH and have on this blog presented their thesis “P2P Carsharing Service Design: Informing User Experience Development”.
