Late application

Late application

There are specific dates and deadlines you need to follow when your intend to apply for a course or a programme. Each application round has its dates when the application and supporting documents must be submitted to University Admissions in Sweden.

The online application for the autumn semester is usually open from 18 October to 17 January, and supporting documents must have reached University Admissions in Sweden before 1 February.

Applications made after 17 January are considered as late applications.

Some programmes may be offered for late application and if available seats, late applicants may be considered for admission.

If you submit documents after the deadline to submit documents, your application will be considered as a late application from the date the documents were submitted. If the programme/course is already closed for application on that date, your application will not be considered.
