Prepare your arrival at BTH

When you have been accepted as a student at Blekinge Institute of Technology (BTH) you should print you admission letter from "My pages" at Universityadmissions.se, and bring it with you.

Exchange students receive a letter of acceptance from BTH and you shall bring this letter when you come here.

We have put together a Practical Guide for international students, which we hope will help you when preparing for your time here at BTH and in Sweden.

Among other things the practical guide contains checklists of things you need to do before and upon arrival, such as:

  • Check whether you need to apply for a residence permit
  • Start looking for accommodation
  • Make sure you are properly insured
  • Make sure you have money for living expenses and possible tuition fees
