General information

The following information applies only to Brazilian citizens.

As the most profiled institute of technology in Sweden, BTH welcomes Brazilian students to apply to our course packages, offered to Science without Borders/Ciência sem Fronteiras scholarship holders. The course packages will be given in English and correspond to 60 credits/ECTS (one academic year of full-time studies).

In addition to our course packages, we offer:

  • guarantied accommodation,

  • general student services
  • the possibility to study Swedish language and culture.

Basic eligibility requirements

The student must have completed at least 60% of the studies planned for your degree program at the time for the planned beginning of the scholarship period.

English proficiency

The student must present TOEFL test (Test of English as Foreign Language) in the modalities iBT (Internet Based Test), minimum score of 90 points (no band under 20) or PBT (Paper Based Test), minimum score of points, 575 or IELTS minimum score of 6.5 points (no band less than 5,5), performed sometime after August 1, 2010.

How to apply

Follow the application instructions available on the Ciência sem Fronteiras home page. The study program application, for those that have been accepted within the Science without borders scholarship program, starts in March 2013.

SwB Sustainable Product-Service System Innovation

This programme package offers two focuses:
  - focus on Innovation in Product Development and
  - focus on Sustainability in Product Development
