International office

The International Office is responsible for the coordination of internationalisation at the Blekinge Institute of Technology – Blekinge Tekniska Högskola.
The International Office works together with the Institute’s different sections and units in order to promote internationalisation and to increase the international profile of Blekinge Institute of Technology.

International Office is therefore engaged together with the sections in a large number of international programs, offering valuable international opportunities to students, teachers and researchers as well as to staff members.

The International Office works with:
- Student exchange between the Nordic countries (Nordplus)
- Student and staff exchange between all EU countries (Sokrates/Erasmus/Linneaus-Palme)
- Training periods in different EU countries for students in vocational education programmes (Leonardo da Vinci)
- Minor Field Studies
- Bilateral agreements with US partners (Dallas and Duluth), African partners (South Africa and Rwanda) and Chinese partner (Cunming University of Science and Technology).

These pages are designed for all international students interested in studying at the Blekinge Institute of Technology – Blekinge Tekniska Högskola. Information also concerns teachers and staff at BTH interested in international exchanges.
