Abstrakt Abstract:	In every engineering approach, technology tries either to match human perfection or to overcome human limitations. Based on this aspect, the present work tries to estimate the behavior of human visual system in the name of video quality. Appraisal of image quality in video and image processing systems plays a vital role in deciding the quality of service, network maintenance and even to compare different service providers. These systems have a wide range of applications from security services till entertainment which includes digital television, internet video, multimedia messaging services e.t.c,.
