This final report is the result of cooperation between Cargotec and the Department of Mechanical Enginering at Blekinge Institute of Technology. The project is named New splash guards Splash guards have the order to avoid dirtying of the machine. The thesis is to find alternative solutions to splash on Cargotec's trucks. Evaluate the various materials and methods for the design of the splash guard. The purpose is to find a solution that fits all machines and has better performance than the current solution.
