Finally, the aim of this project is to convert a normal boat into an autonomous one by using GPS technology. The acquisition of the GPS signals is performed by an external antenna that collects information of the boat, such as position, direction, speed, etc. and sends the information to the control system which modifies the angle of the rudder and throttle in order to sail through the desired route.
