| Abstract: | The paper refers to earlier results obtained by authors and constitutes their essential complement by introducing to a diagnostic model the assumption that a decision concerning the diagnosis is based on observations of symptoms in some stages at an individual patient. To fix the optimal diagnosis we introduce the normalized Euclidean distance between fuzzy sets representing the ideal decision and a possible real decision stated by studying clinical symptoms. |
