| Abstract: | A method for analysis of landscape impacts has been developed and applied to policy analysis in Sweden and Norway. The method uses scenario techniques to solve the methodological problem om lack of specificity of policies and programmes. The paper describes the main steps of the method and show an example of the application to assessemnt of the impact of policy instruments in Norwegian agricultural policy. |
