Professional background/interests

I graduated registered nurse 2008 then I started working at Department of Thoracic Section 55 of Blekinge Hospital in Karlskrona with acute cardiac care and heart-lung surgery. The year 2010 I took a master's degree in health sciences at BTH. During my master's education brought my interest in older people and their need for health care.
I am very interested in research that strives to develop more thorough and structures health and social care interventions and assessments targeting older people. I am interested in researching care of older people, their needs for health care as well as in testing and improving measures assessing quality of care and quality of life. This is something I feel passionate about and have done so since I became a registered nurse.
