EKMA is the European Knowledge Media Association, a pan-European membership organisation dedicated to stimulating and disseminating the understanding, development, and use of knowledge media, within higher education.   The "Federal office for Education and Science" develops and implements federal policy in the areas of science, research, institutions of higher edu-cation and general education   The University of Neuchatel is a five Faculty High School, delivering Bachelor and Master Degrees in Arts, Economy and Social Sciences, Law, Sciences and Theology.   The Engineering School of the Jura ("EIAJ" : Ecole d'Ingénieurs de l'Arc Jurassien) is a University of Applied Sciences that prepares students for activities based on a sound scientific knowledge aimed at industrial applications.
