The finals will take place in Switzerland in September 25-27, 2004. As a start, all finalists will present and demonstrate their software. Two teams of jurors will then judge each of the submissions and decide on the winners. At this stage, all submitted software must be of a fully operational version. There shall be an English version, or at least documentation and presentation in English.
