Sustainability scholarship grants available for students from developing countries
Two scholarship grants of $2,500 USD are now available for applicants accepted to the Masters in Strategic Leadership towards Sustainability (MSLS) programme at the Blekinge Institute of Technology (BTH). The funding is available for students from developing countries (specifically those listed as Low or Medium on the UN Human Development Index) for the 2010-2011 academic year. Both grants are a result of past fundraising campaigns lead by StratLeade Sustainability Education and the MSLS programme team.
These scholarships make the MSLS programme accessible to students who may otherwise be unable to attend said Tamara Connell, programme director of MSLS. Sustainability is a global challenge, and one of our goals is to make this education available to students worldwide.
An MSLS Alumni Scholarship Committee has been appointed to select the recipients of the scholarships and the successful applicants will be notified in June.
