Digital Sound Processing ET1211 (ETB022)
The aim of the course is to provide a theoretical background in modern Digital Signal Processing and to foster knowledge and insight with regard to applied signal processing problems with focus on audio signals. The overall goal is that students become well prepared for further studies within the field of signal processing and understanding for industrial digital signal processing systems. The course will focus on providing fundamental knowledge of modern signal and system theory, including the necessary mathematical tools used in the field. Applied problem solving techniques are introduced through interactive demonstrations and animations, theoretical exercises and laboratory assignments based on audio signals.
