Late Applications
International applicants who apply after 16 January, and who are subsequently admitted, will not receive their admissions letter until fairly close to the term start. Please keep this in mind when considering matters such as visas, etc. It often takes a very long time - up to several months - to apply for a Swedish visa.
If you are a non-EU/EEA citizen, you can contact your nearest Swedish embassy for more details about student visa processing times.
Possible late applications are considered only once all on-time applications have been assessed, and if there are places left on the programme. You can always contact europeanplanning@bth.se for more information before sending a late application to us.
