Seminarie med Jeanette Blomberg, IBM Research

On Monday, August 20, you are welcome to visit a seminar with honorary
doctorate at BTH, Jeanette Blomberg from IBM Research.
In the seminar she will tell us about the development of industrial practice
in the area of ethnography and design. She will also cover how these topics
have become more and more urgent for continued development and innovation.

Jeanette Blomberg is head of the group Practice based Service Innovation at
IBM. She started to work with Xerox PARC in Palo Alto in the end of the
1980s. She worked there for around 15 years, and has since then also worked
with E-Lab, Sapient and for the last 10 years IBM Almaden Research Center in
St José, California.
