At Wipro IT Services we are looking for IT Customer Support Specialist with Swedish who would like to join our new team in Linköping. Your main responsibility will be to give technical support to the employees of a multinational company.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting skills and experience in handling Windows environments
• Troubleshooting skills on 9 and shrink-wrapped applications (MS office, Adobe etc)
• Troubleshooting skills on VPN connectivity, dial up , wireless routers
• Troubleshooting experience using remote control tools
• Resolving incidents in a professional and effective manner
• Coordinating with other resolver groups
Profile:
• Previous experience with IT Customer Support
• Fluent in both Swedish and English
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Customer service orientation and ability to work in a team
• Excellent soft skills, communications skills (Voice & Text) to handle global customers
• Computer literacy
