Process and project management, 7,5 credits
The course aims to develop the student’s knowledge of industrial business processes as well as tools and methods to manage and control them. The course also aims to develop the student’s understanding of and ability to lead and manage projects. A further purpose is to increase the student’s understanding of how process and project management can be used to develop and improve businesses.
