For all presentation forms, an abstract of maximum 300 words needs to be submitted. The accepted abstract is made available to the conference participants before the conference on the conference web page.
Presentation, 30 min
A presentation may mean that you present a research- and/or development project individually or together with your colleagues. You can also choose to present a best practice if you want to talk about an education innovation which has resulted in, for example, more engaged students, better study results or more creative teaching. New ideas/tools/support systems which facilitate the teaching and the learning process can also be presented here.
The presentation is to include a minimum of 10 minutes for questions and discussion.
Presentation, 600 seconds
During 600 seconds, you present during 6 minutes and 40 seconds (cf. Pecha Kuscha), thereafter time is given for questions. You decide what you want to present.
Roundtable talks, 45 min
The presenter acts as chairperson and opens the discussion with a presentation of the question at issue and the topic of discussion during 5-7 minutes, after which the participants are invited to the discussion. The issues are to be presented in the abstract (in addition to the 300 words)
Symposium, 90 minutes
If you are several presenters who wish to present on the same theme, you can submit a symposium with a suggestion for a moderator and your own set-up. The set-up needs to be described in the abstract (in addition to the 300 words)
Admission criteria and submisson
You can, irrespective of submission form, submit a complete article after the conference, to the conference proceedings. Accepted submissions will be published in digital form and will be searchable in the higher education institution’s research database.
There is no definite benchmark for the length of the articles, but the extent should be equal to any academic conference article in your field; it should, however, not exceed 15 pages. Detailed instructions on a complete article will be published after the conference.
