Master students acknowledged at international competition

Four BTH master students were recently awarded certificates by PEMA – Port Equipment Manufacturers Association – for being selected as One of the Three schools selected from around the world to present their solution to a problem affecting world trade and logistics in the maritime industry.
The topic for this year’s competition was on the Enviromental Challenge and Productivity of Ports.
The team comprising of Aniruddh Goteti, Sumeesha Marakani, Uttejh Reddy Jeereddy, and Amit Kabra, supervised by Dr. Lawrence Henesey were invited and financially supported by PEMA to travel to Rotterdam, the Netherlands to present a solution utilising components of A.I., Data Science and engineering in front of judges representing as key experts in the Industry.
The four students are master students at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering.
