BTH professor Martin Andersson will take part in the Informal Baltic Sea Group conference in Brussels on 16 November. The conference is on digitization and Martin Andersson will talk about how to make the best use of the Baltic Sea area digital resources.
In addition to Silicon Valley, the Baltic Sea area is currently considered one of the world’s leading clusters in IT development. The region also has a leading role in the EU’s development regarding education, research, innovation and infrastructure.
During the conference, regional strategies will be highlighted by local and regional actors with links to the area. The idea of a digitized focus is to create inter-regional partnerships that will lead to increased growth and expansion of the digital single market.
