BTH research is behind an award-winning European cybersecurity project
The European cybersecurity project CISSAN, in which researchers from BTH are participating, has received the highest rating in an international final review. The project is developing new methods to protect critical infrastructure against cyberattacks. -
BTH students receive international recognition for software that streamlines container handling
Four students from BTH have won the prestigious Ottonel Popesco Student Challenge, an international competition in which students are challenged to improve the ports of the future. Their solution, ZERO WAIT STS, impressed the jury by drastically reducing waiting times for container cranes – one of the biggest bottlenecks in modern port logistics. -
BTH professor appointed to honorary role in international research network
Hans-Jürgen Zepernick, a professor at BTH, has recently been appointed to the board of the ASEAN Research Network, which works to promote economic growth, social development, cultural development and regional peace. Hans-Jürgen will be responsible for thematic coordination and academic content. -
