BTH's website is a central platform for information about the university. The website is managed by the Communications Office, and the ultimate responsibility lies with the Head of Communications.

For questions about specific content on a page, we recommend that you contact the person responsible for the page via the "Page manager" link at the bottom of each page.

BTH's web server is located in Sweden. We strive to store personal data within the country's borders. In some cases, processing may take place within the EU/EEA by third parties, such as technical suppliers. We always ensure that your information is handled according to EU data protection standards.

Analysis tool for web statistics

Blekinge Institute of Technology uses Piwik Pro to collect and analyse web statistics.

This tool helps us understand how visitors use our website and where they come from. The information is used at an aggregate level to improve the functionality and user experience of the website.

All data is anonymised before transmission, and no information can be traced back to an individual user.
