Collaboration with Naval Warfare Centre
Blekinge Institute of Technology (BTH) and the Naval Warfare Centre (Sjöstridsskolan, SSS) in Karlskrona have been collaborating since 2016 and are expanding the collaboration every year. Together we work to benefit from each other's expertise and experience, with the goal of creating added value for both staff and students.

Cooperation covers a range of areas, strengthening education, research and technological development:

- Health and wellness
- Diving
- Games and simulation
- Research collaboration (including industrial doctoral students)
- Sharing of resources: IT equipment, premises, library and pedagogical development
Working groups and coordination
The cooperation is organised in working groups with specific focus areas

Area description: Learning environment, learning support and pedagogical development, leadership and library activities. - Group 2

Area description: Game technology and AI. Virtual applications where man and machine meet. - Group 5
Area description: Focus on health, emergency care, sports science, physical combat value. - Group 6
Area description: Research collaboration, development of research environments and possible industrial PhD students
