The reception at BTH is your first point of contact on campus. Here you can get help with everything from practical information and visitor management to guidance within the university. Our goal is to provide a warm welcome and ensure that you quickly find your way, whether you are a student, employee or visitor.

For students
If you are studying at BTH, the reception can assist you with matters related to your studies and campus life:
- BTH card
- student account support
- questions about registration
- transcripts of records or registration certificates
- borrowing a BTH bike (a deposit of 400 SEK in cash is required – helmet and reflective vest included)
Course- and programme-specific questions
Please contact your course coordinator or programme manager directly if you have questions about:
