Workshop themes and call for submissions
The overall theme for this series of workshops is “innovation and Production Management in the Process Industries”
We welcome both theoretical and empirical papers with novel ideas and perspectives, and to stimulate contributions in some important areas of particular relevance for many sectors of the process industries today, we have initially selected a few sub-themes:
- Pathways for eco-industrial transformations in the process industries
- Innovation within the process-industrial eco system (equipment manufacturers, technology suppliers)
- Sustainability and Industrial Symbiosis in a process-industrial context
- Industrial convergence and business model innovation in the process industries
- Systemic innovation in an inter- and intra-organizational collaboration perspective
Deadlines for abstract and paper submissions and registration
2 March – Deadline for submission of abstracts
13 March – Notification of acceptance and request for full papers
4 April – Deadline for submission of full papers together with registration (payments and photo)
17 April – Deadline for registration of non-presenters
23 April – Final full workshop program and ”book of abstracts” available for delegates
6-7 May – Two day Workshop
