Board of Govenors
The Board of Govenors is the university's highest decision-making body. The Board has oversight of all BTH's affairs and is responsible for the fulfillment of its duties.
The Board of Govenors consists of the Vice-Chancellor and eight public interest representatives appointed by the Government, one of whom is the Chairman of the Board. Three business representatives and three student representatives.
Members are appointed for three years, except for the student representatives, who are appointed for one year. The current term of office for the public interest representatives is October 1, 2024 - April 30, 2028. The term of office for the operational representatives is July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2027. The student representatives are elected for the period July 1 - June 30.
