The role of the HR department at BTH
The department provides advisory support in labour law matters, manages agreements and collaboration with the trade unions, and is responsible for developing the university’s employer policies. In addition, HR is responsible for personnel and payroll administration as well as pension‑related matters, in accordance with the requirements placed on a government agency.
The assignment also includes further developing BTH as an attractive and sustainable employer. This covers the entire recruitment process, from advertising to decision-making, including the introduction of new employees and support for international recruitments.
