Human Resources Office

Our focus is on skills management issues, including the recruitment process to support the business, as well as developing the systematic work environment management to promote a sustainable working life.

The Human Resources Office is to advise on employment law issues and is responsible for ensuring that the authority's employer issues are pursued in cooperation with trade union organisations. An important role in this work is to support managers in supervisory issues and to create good conditions for their leadership role.

The office is also responsible for coordinating BTH's payroll administration and ensuring that BTH fulfils its responsibilities as an authority in terms of personnel administration and HR issues.
