The goal of the IT and Facilities Office is to provide efficient and standardised IT services that meet the requirements and needs of a majority of BTH's students and staff.
We help you with accounts and passwords, email and Microsoft 365, and ensure that computer workstations and storage run smoothly. We are responsible for network and remote access, software management and printing and copying services. In addition, we provide systems management and project management to further develop and improve the University's IT services. The IT department is here to create a safe and efficient digital environment for the entire BTH.
