This course builds on the previous leadership course and also acts as a supporting course to the other courses occurring in the second semester, specifically the project course and the strategic planning course. As such it introduces theories and practices relevant to the theme of leading change for sustainability in organizations, both relating to engaging others in organizational change and deepening one’s own personal leadership capacities to lead this type of change.
