Our course is your gateway to finding out about how leadership plays out in the contemporary workplace, being rich on knowledge, complexity and technology. We delve into leadership practices and the underlying philosophies of how to guide a collective towards a common objective. You will learn about fundamental aspects of high-tech and knowledge-intensive organisations, articulate, analyse, and synthesise leadership models and theories, apply leadership theories and models in practical scenarios. You will also evaluate the pivotal role and unique challenges of leadership in high-tech firms, cultivate your leadership capacities through self-reflection, feedback, and hands-on practice. We will empower you to introspect, enhancing your self-awareness of leadership behavior and attitudes as well as learning through lectures, group discussions and team exercises.
