Admission requirements

Admission to the course requires completed Technical Introduction, 6 credits, 3 completed credits from Programming and Problem solving with Python, 2 completed credits from Manufacturing Technology, 2 completed credits from Computer Aided Design and Engineering and taken course in Ethics and Sustainability.

The aim of the course is that the student get to practice applying previously acquired knowledge in a group to a more open-ended problem within the mechanical engineering subject area, emphasizing concept generation, construction, and prototyping. The course will deal with issues related to teamwork and management of project work as well as project finance issues in relation to engineering work in projects.
