Admission to the course requires Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Bachelor of Science within technology, including an independent project and 5 credits in industrial economics, business administration, or the equivalent. Two years of professional experience after the degree in engineering/technical area, relating to leadership and management. English 6.
The purpose of the course is to develop the student’s ability to, with relevance for the engineering role, coordinate work in modern organisations. The purpose is also to deepen the critical understanding of the concept of leadership and be able to discuss alternatives to leadership.
