This course gives you the necessary knowledge and skills in managing products in digital environment. We first discuss the fundamentals of digital economy and the role of software-intensive products in empowering organisations. Next, you will learn the business models of digital economy and apply this knowledge to your context. After designing your business model, we will move to eliciting and documenting the market needs and requirements for your digital product. Finally, the course offers actionable strategies for implementing your digital product, delivering it to the market and supporting its maintenance and growth. You will learn about the importance of ecosystems, partnership and long-term asset strategy for digital products and services.
