The aim of the course is to provide an overview of the meaning of "service systems" and describe approaches and instruments for their design and evaluation. Using theoretical and practical applications, this course provides knowledge of theory, practice, methods, and tools for technical service systems. After completing the course, student sholud be able to describe the theory and applications of the service engineering discipline and apply its principles when developing/renewing a service.
