The course introduces knowledge-based technology by presenting tools and methods that improve the ability to predict, describe, assess, and improve the characteristics of the envisioned product service system. The aim of the course is to provide a basic theoretical understanding and an associated toolbox that enables effective exploration and search of the design space.
