Admission requirements

Admission to the course requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Bachelor of Science in a technical area alternatively 60 completed credits in the main field of study Technology and taken Bachelor’s thesis in the main field of study Technology. English 6.

The aim of the course is to give the student basic knowledge of model-based decision support in product development with an emphasis on mathematical modeling and numerical analysis. The course combines theory, methods, and tools for model-driven product development with value- and sustainability-driven design applications.
