At BTH we use DiVA as a database for degree projects. You register and publish your work in DiVA yourself.
Preparing for publication
Before publishing in DiVA, make sure you have read the guidelines on personal data, insurance, copyright and accessibility. It is important as your student thesis must comply with laws and BTH's requirements. This is also where you find information regarding confidentiality in your student thesis.
File size and uploading
Keep the following in mind when uploading your student thesis:
- If your file is larger than 1 GB, upload it via a URL.
- The maximum allowed file size is 16 GB.
- Both the file and the folder it is in must be publicly accessible.
- Remember to save your student thesis as PDF/A. Read more about this on accessibility and archive preservation.
Public document
When your student thesis is submitted for examination, it becomes a public document and is subject to the principle of public access to official records.
