Entrepreneurial human capital: Importance for business resilience and sustainability in rural and urban regions

The project focuses on how the past entrepreneurial experiences of companies' employees affect their crisis resilience, innovation and transformation capabilities.

More traditional performance measures are also used, such as productivity and growth. The analysis distinguishes between firms located in rural and more urban environments. Similarly, we distinguish between new and young firms (less than five years old) and established firms (older than five years).
