The project develops digitalized services to increase the level of reliable decision making and to optimize overall site systems in off-road applications.

Aim of the project

In the TRUST-SOS project, we develop digitalized services to increase the level of trusted decision making to optimize overall location systems in off-road transport applications. There is a need to overcome the inefficiencies of the existing systems and build up a more reliable and trustworthy decision support system to reduce inefficiencies and manage the complexity of the value chain in off-road applications.

Implementation

Building a modular and model-based decision support system will create many opportunities for digitalized services for next generation location-optimized systems. TRUST-SOS combines site modeling, machine and site simulation, and optimization to advance Swedish academia and industry by creating digitized services in a non-proprietary system for the terrain transport application. By developing data-driven models for simulation and optimization of customer site operations combined with advanced data analytics, we move from the current experience-based process to a model-based process that enables us to deliver customer value in terms of services and reliable decision support. Developed models will be tested in a final demonstration in a customer site operation.
