Sarah Nauman Ghazi, MD, is currently a PhD candidate with the Department of Health, Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden. Sarah attended medical school at the Dow University of Health Sciences, Pakistan where she graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. She also received Masters in Medical Science with majors in Public Health and Health Equality from the Sahlgrenska Academy, University of Gothenburg. Prior to working in academia, she worked as a medical doctor at Dow University Hospital, Karachi, Pakistan. Her research interests are mainly in public health, gerontology, gerontechnology, applied health IT, health sciences and medical care, and sleep monitoring in older adults.
